MSN always opens IE when i check my emails, is there a way to use firefox as default?

Basicly when i sign into msn and check my emails it opens IE (internet explorer) and i want it to open firefox instead. is there any settings which will allow me to make this change?

    go to: Start- settings-control panel-double click ‘add/remove programs’- click on ’set program access and defaults’-select ‘non-microsoft’ button- change web browser to Firefox (which should be on the drop down menu)- click ‘ok’.

Can anyone give me the pros AND cons of Firefox 3? »
